The artist graduated from the University of Tartu with a BA in painting (2004) and an MA in art teaching from the University of Tartu (2011). She began participating in exhibitions in 2000. She has organised over 30 solo exhibitions. Since 2006 she has belonged to the Tartu Artists' Association, and since 2009 she has been a member of the Estonian Painters' Association. In 2009 she received a scholarship from the Tartu Artists' Association to be an exchange artist in Tampere, Finland, and upon her return, in 2010, an exhibition titled "Made in Takahuhti" was held at the Tartu Art House.
