Hiiumaa Muuseumid

Author Kalli Sein: "The Hiiumaa Hüti glassworks (operating 1628–1664) is considered the first larger-scale glass industry glassworks in the Estonian territories, and it is where the history of Estonian glass begins. For a glass artist, Hiiumaa and Hüti therefore hold a special place. This inspired my wish to further introduce glass art on Hiiumaa, to tell the fascinating story of the origin and development of glass, and in my studio's work I have devoted a special place to objects connected with Hiiumaa." (machine translation of the holder's Estonian text, unedited)
