NOBA; Osta Noort Kunsti
I graduated in 2021 from the Kõrgem Kunstikool Pallas in painting and restoration, and further trained in Portugal and Hungary within the Erasmus programme. I deal with research into monochrome visuals. For this I use charcoal and graphite. Charcoal inspires me with its primordial and sketch-like feel. As a canvas I experiment with surfaces of different texture and porosity, such as paper, linen fabric, concrete, wood, etc. As themes I address the journey between the real world and a person's sentimental memory images, containing both deliberately evoked and involuntarily arising memories.
