Maria Hommik, known by the artist name Marmiamum, is an artist-musician born in Võrumaa and living in Tartu. At the moment she enjoys painting with Chinese ink, to which she devoted herself in her final year at the Pallas University of Applied Sciences. Her next goal is to incorporate homemade paints that are both health- and nature-friendly, so that making art would also be good for the earthly world, not only for the spirit. She sees creative work as a good opportunity to share a unique perspective, the essence of her soul. The mystery of life, questions and a few rare answers find a place in her art and music.
