Aet Ollisaar (1966) on tekstiilikunstnik ja õppejõud, kes elab ning töötab Tartus. Lõpetas 1991. aastal Eesti Kunstiakadeemia (MA). On töötanud 2000. aastast professori ja tekstiiliosakonna juhatajana Kõrgemas Kunstikoolis Pallas. Pälvis
